Processed a few hours after milking, our milk creates dairy products with a unique taste.
Among our products (mozzarella, scamorza, mozzarella knots, braided mozzarella), Burrata and Apulian Burrata stand out with their surprisingly soft taste.

75% of our dairy production comes from controlled breeding, which are located in different areas of Puglia and Basilicata, in the generous heart of the Murgia.
It is in this optimal habitat that our cattle is naturally fed and produces genuine and certified milk.
