Our milk and our cream are the result of local and national farm animals.High quality raw materials, widely certified and guaranteed, which allow us to make healthy and tasty products in full compliance with microbiological characteristics of our products and sanitary rules into effect.
Supervised farm animals
About 75% of our production is generated by directly supervised animal farms, located in different areas of Puglia and Basilicata, in the heart of the Murgia territory, mainly in the cities of: Foggia, Gravina, Matera, Santeramo, Irsina and Turi (here it takes place the organic milk production).

We work it according to the ancient artisan cheese traditions, handed down for generations.
Active since 2006 thanks to Giuseppe Maldera, our company represents the perpetuation of a family business, started in 1972 thanks to the tireless activity of grandfather Giuseppe, and continued with Vito Maldera, father of Giuseppe, the current owner.
The production of our cheese factory is currently addressed to national and international distribution.
Our products are widely available in several countries of the European, American and Asian continents, and are available in small, medium-sized and the Ho.Re.Ca distribution channels.
In particular, the brand Maldera is a leader in the dairy products market imported from Italy in: France, England, Switzerland, Spain and the Baltics (mainly Sweden and Finland) and it is also very popular in Australia and the USA.
