We use to define ourselves as an handcraft-care company, that reserves attention and love to our dairy products.

Our milk and our cream are the result of local and national farm animals.

High quality raw materials, widely certified and guaranteed, which allow us to make healthy and tasty products in full compliance with microbiological characteristics of our products and sanitary rules into effect.

Supervised farm animals

About 75% of our production is generated by directly supervised animal farms, located in different areas of Puglia and Basilicata, in the heart of the Murgia territory, mainly in the cities of: Foggia, Gravina, Matera, Santeramo, Irsina and Turi (here it takes place the organic milk production).

Murgia territory, a hilly area, is a fertile area rich in pastures, dense forests and endless steppes, surrounded by typical Mediterranean vegetation. In this ideal habitat our cattle are naturally fed and produce milk, whose origin we know

Our milk

We produce fresh and healthy milk.

“A new, sweet, delicate and an unique smell, the same of our beloved land”.

We work it a few hours after milking to keep intact all its organoleptic characteristics, without any kind of alteration.

We work it according to the ancient artisan cheese traditions, handed down for generations.
