GIUNCATA

The denomination “Giuncata”, of ancient tradition, derives from the term “giunchi”: the wooden little trunks that once were intertwined to form the container in which to contain it.

It is a fresh cheese with a delicate taste and a crumbly consistency, produced both in the traditional version and in that enriched with fresh rocket.
