Spaghetti with dried tomatoes, anchovies and burrata


  • 320 g Spaghetti
  • 1 Burrata
  • 40 g Salted anchovies
  • 1 Garlic
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil (as required)
  • Salt (as required)
  • Pepper (as required)
  • Parsley  (as required)
  • Basil (as required)
  1. Blend the burrata with oil and water, so as to obtain a cream. After you have to sieve and set asideSpaghetti Pomodori Secchi
  2. Brown the oil and garlic in a pan, add the dried tomatoes filets and then add the anchovies;
  3. Stir-fry the “spaghetti al dente” and mix with oil and chopped parsley.
  4. Add the Burrata to complete the dish.
